Clinical Case :
Handover : 39-year-old epigastric pain radiating to both sides. ? Worse upon breathing. While in the waiting room became tachycardic, hypotensive, and looked pale. D dimer >2900ng/ml . Treatment dose LMWH was given. Awaiting Medical admission. Bedside Echo No RV strain. No Free fluid in the abdomen. Denies pregnancy.

Discussion :
A pregnancy test is a must in any reproductive age group female. No exceptions. Wait for whole 10 minutes for the test and don’t interpret prematurely.
