About the Event
This course is organized in joint venture with BOX Courses.
Focused Lung Ultrasound Course is practical and skills based, we use real life models, patients and a state of the art simulator to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
TARGET
Senior trainees, registrars and consultants in anaesthetics or ICU to learn about the safe insertion and management of percutaneous tracheostomies.
FORMAT
- Our groups are small to maximise the amount of hands on scanning time so our delegates can quickly gain confidence in ultrasound and have the opportunity to sign off pathologies for their logbooks.
- Our expert faculty will teach normal lung scanning, pathology scanning and how to integrate LUS into practice using case studies and simulation. We will also touch on diaphragm and airway ultrasound.
